These terms explain shopping and account use at tofelsaeed.com, operated by مؤسسة الطفل السعيد, also trading as مؤسسة الطفل السعيد (Tofel Saeed), owned by موفيد نصر الدين. The main business address is Abu Ajram Building, Ground Floor (0), Al Marj Street, Al Marj neighbourhood, Baakline, Chouf District, Lebanon. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials private. You may shop as a guest where checkout permits it. Registering creates a customer account; employee and administrator access is assigned separately by an authorized administrator. Purchases should be made by an adult or with appropriate parental or guardian authorization. Do not misuse the website, access another person’s account, interfere with its operation or use credit or gift codes that do not belong to you.
Products, availability and prices
Review the selected product, variation, quantity and displayed price before submitting an order. Product photographs and screen colours can vary; contact us if a particular feature is essential. If an availability problem, listing error or proposed substitution affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not silently substitute products or increase an agreed order total. Applicable consumer rights for products that are incorrect, defective or not as described remain unaffected.
Website order accounting is in USD. The checkout or an accepted delivery quotation identifies the product total, delivery charge, applicable credit and remaining payment. Confirm any arrangement to pay the equivalent in LBP with the store before payment. A delivery quotation request does not mean that an unknown delivery charge has already been accepted.
Orders requiring a delivery quotation
Some large orders require an individual delivery quotation. We contact you with the delivery fee and resulting total, and you may accept or decline. Follow the deadline communicated with your quotation; expired quotations may require a new availability and price check. Changes to a quoted fee require your agreement before proceeding. Please do not send payment for an unconfirmed delivery amount.
Payment
Only payment methods actually offered for your order are available. These may include cash on delivery and eligible store credit. Applying store credit reduces the remaining amount to pay; some credit may cover products only, and the eligible amount is shown during checkout. Whish online payment is not currently enabled. If it is offered later, a Whish payment must cover the full remaining order total including delivery after any applied credit; a partial Whish payment does not complete payment.
Delivery and collection
Available delivery services depend on your location and order. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. The store or courier may contact you to confirm availability, the address or a location pin. Provide a reachable telephone number and tell us promptly if details change. A Dispatched status records handover for delivery; it does not by itself establish that you have received the goods.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. A cancellation request requires review and is not itself confirmation that an order has been cancelled. Where goods have already been handed over, we may need to arrange a return rather than stop preparation. We will explain the status and any applicable refund or credit adjustment. Cancelling an order does not delete its transaction history, and restoring store credit is separate from refunding money paid through an external provider.
Returns, wrong items and damaged goods
Contact us with your order or invoice number, the items concerned and a description of the issue. Relevant photographs can help investigate damage or an incorrect item. We will explain return arrangements and the available remedy. Tofel Saeed bears the delivery/correction cost for an item we supplied incorrectly. Costs and arrangements for other returns depend on the circumstances and applicable law and will be explained before arrangements are made.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer right under applicable Lebanese law. Any statutory period or entitlement takes precedence over a shorter store procedure. These terms do not impose a universal 48-hour return limit or blanket product-category exclusions. Our detailed voluntary returns policy is being reviewed separately.
An approved return may be resolved through store credit or an agreed monetary refund. Store credit is not imposed instead of a monetary remedy to which you are legally entitled. Refund timing can depend on the agreed method and payment provider; ask the administration for the arrangements for your case.
Store credit and gift cards
Store credit and gift-card balances have no scheduled expiry and remain usable while the business operates, subject to applicable law. Eligibility to pay for delivery is shown when credit is issued or applied. Credit is tracked against an account or a secure claim record and cannot be spent twice. Keep gift codes and QR images private: a QR image and a direct gift delivery can represent the same single gift, not separate balances.
Gift-card purchases are available only when the required payment and recipient-verification services are enabled. A gift purchase is not issued until payment has been verified. Contact us promptly about an incorrect recipient or compromised code; available action depends on whether the gift has already been claimed. These terms do not promise that a future feature is currently enabled.
Questions, complaints and changes
Contact our administration first so we can investigate a problem and seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from using any competent authority or legal remedy. Applicable Lebanese law governs store transactions without removing any mandatory protection that applies to you.
We may update these terms as services change. Updated terms will carry a new date and will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an earlier order. Keep your order confirmation and any agreed quotation for reference.

الحسابات والاستخدام المسؤول
قدم بيانات تواصل وتوصيل صحيحة وحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. يمكنك الشراء كزائر حيث تسمح صفحة الدفع. ينشئ التسجيل حساب عميل، وتمنح الإدارة المخولة صلاحيات الموظفين والمسؤولين بشكل منفصل. ينبغي أن يجري الشراء بالغ أو بموافقة مناسبة من ولي الأمر. لا تسئ استخدام الموقع أو تدخل حساب غيرك أو تعطل الموقع أو تستخدم رصيداً أو رمز هدية لا يخصك.
المنتجات والتوفر والأسعار
راجع المنتج وخياراته وكميته وسعره قبل إرسال الطلب. قد تختلف الصور وألوان الشاشات؛ استفسر إن كانت ميزة معينة ضرورية لك. إذا أثرت مشكلة توفر أو خطأ في العرض أو اقتراح بديل على طلبك، نتواصل معك بشأن الخيارات. لا نستبدل منتجات أو نزيد مجموعاً متفقاً عليه دون إبلاغك وموافقتك. تبقى حقوقك القانونية بشأن المنتجات الخاطئة أو المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للوصف محفوظة.
تعتمد محاسبة الطلبات الدولار الأمريكي. تبين صفحة الدفع أو تسعيرة التوصيل المقبولة مجموع المنتجات والتوصيل والرصيد المستخدم والمبلغ المتبقي. أكد مع المتجر أي اتفاق للدفع بالليرة اللبنانية قبل الدفع. طلب تسعيرة توصيل لا يعني قبول رسم لم يحدد بعد.
الطلبات التي تحتاج تسعيرة توصيل
تحتاج بعض الطلبات الكبيرة إلى تسعيرة منفردة. نبلغك برسم التوصيل والمجموع لتقبلهما أو ترفضهما. اتبع المهلة المبلغة؛ قد تحتاج التسعيرة المنتهية إلى إعادة التحقق من التوفر والسعر. تغيير الرسم يستلزم موافقتك قبل المتابعة. لا تدفع مبلغ توصيل لم يؤكد بعد.
الدفع
تتاح فقط طرق الدفع المعروضة لطلبك، ومنها التحصيل عند التسليم والرصيد المؤهل. يقلل استخدام الرصيد المبلغ المتبقي؛ وقد يقتصر بعض الرصيد على المنتجات، وتظهر القيمة المؤهلة عند الدفع. Whish الإلكتروني غير مفعل حالياً. عند إتاحته لاحقاً، يجب أن يغطي كامل المتبقي، بما فيه التوصيل بعد خصم الرصيد المستخدم؛ الدفع الجزئي عبر Whish لا يستكمل الدفع.
التوصيل والاستلام
تعتمد الخدمات المتاحة على موقعك وطلبك. المهل تقديرية ما لم نتفق صراحة على خلاف ذلك. قد نتواصل نحن أو جهة التوصيل لتأكيد توفر المستلم والعنوان أو الموقع. قدم رقماً يمكن الوصول إليه وأبلغنا بتغير التفاصيل. حالة «تم الإرسال» تعني تسليم الطلب لجهة التوصيل، ولا تثبت وحدها أنك استلمته.
الإلغاء
تواصل سريعاً إذا رغبت بالإلغاء. يخضع الطلب للمراجعة ولا يعد تأكيداً للإلغاء. إذا سلمت البضاعة لجهة التوصيل، فقد يلزم ترتيب إرجاع بدلاً من إيقاف التجهيز. نوضح الحالة وتسوية المال أو الرصيد اللازمة. الإلغاء لا يمحو سجل المعاملة، وإعادة الرصيد تختلف عن استرداد مبلغ دفع عبر مزود خارجي.
المرتجعات والمنتجات الخاطئة أو المتضررة
تواصل مع رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة والمنتجات ووصف المشكلة. تساعد الصور المرتبطة بالحالة في التحقيق بالضرر أو الخطأ. نوضح ترتيبات الإرجاع والمعالجة المتاحة. يتحمل المتجر تكلفة التوصيل أو التصحيح لمنتج سلمناه بالخطأ. تعتمد تكاليف المرتجعات الأخرى وترتيباتها على الحالة والقانون، وتوضح قبل ترتيب الإرجاع.
لا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حق إلزامي بالعدول أو الاسترداد أو الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو غيره بموجب القانون اللبناني المنطبق. تتقدم المهلة أو الحقوق القانونية على أي إجراء متجر أقصر. لا تفرض هذه الشروط مهلة إرجاع عامة من 48 ساعة أو استثناءات شاملة لفئات منتجات. تخضع سياسة الإرجاع الاختيارية المفصلة لمراجعة مستقلة.
يمكن تسوية إرجاع معتمد برصيد أو باسترداد مالي متفق عليه. لا نفرض الرصيد بدلاً من استرداد مالي تستحقه قانوناً. تعتمد مهلة الاسترداد على الوسيلة والمزود؛ استفسر من الإدارة عن حالتك.
الرصيد وبطاقات الهدايا
لا يحدد تاريخ انتهاء مجدول للرصيد وبطاقات الهدايا، وتبقى قابلة للاستخدام ما دام النشاط قائماً، مع مراعاة القانون. توضح أهلية دفع التوصيل عند الإصدار أو الاستخدام. يرتبط الرصيد بحساب أو سجل استلام آمن ولا يصرف مرتين. حافظ على سرية رموز الهدايا وصور QR؛ قد تمثل الصورة والإرسال المباشر الهدية نفسها، لا رصيدين منفصلين.
يتاح شراء الهدايا فقط عند تفعيل خدمات الدفع والتحقق من المستلم اللازمة، ولا تصدر الهدية قبل التحقق من الدفع. أبلغنا سريعاً عن مستلم خاطئ أو رمز مكشوف؛ تعتمد المعالجة على ما إذا كانت الهدية استلمت. لا تعني هذه الشروط أن ميزة مستقبلية مفعلة حالياً.
الأسئلة والشكاوى والتغييرات
تواصل مع الإدارة أولاً للتحقيق والسعي إلى حل، دون منعك من مراجعة جهة مختصة أو استعمال وسيلة قانونية. يحكم القانون اللبناني المنطبق معاملات المتجر دون إلغاء أي حماية إلزامية تنطبق عليك.
قد نحدث الشروط مع تغير الخدمات، ونبين تاريخ التحديث. لا تسقط التعديلات بأثر رجعي حقوق طلب سابق. احتفظ بتأكيد طلبك والتسعيرة المتفق عليها.
